I really enjoyed the underground parking. It made arrival simple. the room was comfortable with great value, a clean space. breakfast had many tasty options. the location is great with easy access to transport links.
the sink plug wire looked a little worn

the hotel location is amazing! it's super close to the railway station. i loved how quickly i could get to the city center, it was awesome. the room had a great size, i was comfy. the beds were super comfy!

the location near the dlr station was acceptable.
check-in was terribly slow. the tv did not work, SUCH a disappointment. there were hairs on the bedding and the sink was broken.

The hotel sits conveniently next to Greenwich train station. This feature allowed quick transport. The staff was amicable from the bar to the entrance. Astha stood out. I was particularly pleased with her friendly attitude.
The bathroom design felt a bit strange. The toilet cubicle was tiny and close to the door. The sink did not drain correctly. I also noted dirty plugs. Curtains in the bedroom looked dusty too.

The room was spacious. It had a big television! the beds were very comfortable. the breakfast had a great variety. The fresh fruit selection was delicious! dinesh and abhaye were friendly. They were helpful and professional.
The water flow from the tap was very poor. I found that slightly inconvenient.

lovely stay near greenwich

The hotel has very easy access to the train station right behind. i found many close by restaurants (i went to a wonderful italian place!). the staff were warm and cute. Manju was always ready to help me with dinner reservations. the breakfast staff were equally helpful, and the food was good (especially the croissants!).
my room felt a little tired. i noticed the previous guest seemed to have taken away the bedside lamps.
